How to Order:

If you are new to online shopping , you can make your order using our "shopping cart" which is easy to use and have the convenient secure transaction (SSL) that protects your personal information while is traveling on the web.

If you don't have credit card you can still submit your order using your banking ATM debit card (with Visa or MC logo only). The new PayPay option is now available via our shopping cart. Orders by phone & fax are always welcome. Mail orders please send your money order/check. Sorry No COD.!!!

Note: By submitting your order you agree to all the terms and conditions of our store policy, we suggest that you read all the information bellow before placing your order, you may print a copy of our policy for your records. 

Shipping & handling fees:

Shipping & Handling fees are calculated automatically at check out, the rates are based on the weight and size of the items you are ordering. For delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO please choose USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail at check out.

We suggest you to choose USPS for International orders as well, the rates will be much lower than UPS and in most countries you will not need to hire a customs broker when shipped via United States Postal Office (USPS).

Shipping charges may vary according to product type and destination. If so, we'll contact you via e-mail within the next 24 hours after we receive your order. We can't ship to PO Boxes by UPS. If your billing address is a PO Box, please provide an alternate physical shipping address for UPS delivery.

Maols.com reserves the right to provide revised shipping charges after order are submitted for orders with 3 or more items or for orders with irregularly shaped items (training equipment, mats, weapons, etc.) that may affect the shipping cost due to weight or size. *S&H fees apply to most orders, oversized package & heavy bags are extra, in such case we'll contact you before to get your approval. 

Shipping Policy:

Regular orders are processed in 24 hours and then shipped. Most products are shipped via UPS & United State Postal Service, depending on the chosen service you should receive your order in the next 1-14 days from the day you made your order.

In order to maintain our lower prices we are dealing with the original manufactures and factories, most items are shipped form our location, but in some cases you can receive your merchandise directly from the manufacturer warehouse, in such case you will see this option (ship from different location) at check out. We suggest you when it's possible to choose same name brand items for your accesories too, that way your entire order will be shipped from the same location and you will save some money on shipping cost.

Orders received after 2:00PM (EST) will ship next business day, if you have an urgent order please give as a call, we'll try our best to speed up the order process and ship it the same day... 

Sales Tax:

As of August 1, 2009, New York City Sales tax increased to 8.875%. All clothing (uniforms) and shoes if the single item is priced under $110 will remain tax free. Clothing above $110 will be taxed. 

International Orders:

Maols.com can ship merchandise to almost any country in the world. Because each country has different shipping methods, rates and documentation requirements, our shopping cart will calculate the international shipping charges individually for each order. The shipping charges will appear on the final page at check out. If you like to know the shipping cost before placing your order, please e-mail us with the information of the products you wish to buy and we'll give you an estimate in the next 24 hours.

International shipping charges are different than US shipping & handling charges showing on our "shopping cart" Maols will send the merchandise by Express Mail International, Priority Mail International or UPS, we will provide you the tracking number on your package, however there is no guarantee if the package is not delivery on time or never delivery. Maols will be responsible for the packages with insurance only. In some cases you (the receiver) will have to pay tax and duties on the arrival of your order, the amount for customs or broker fees will vary depending on your country and the product you buy. The amount that we collect from you with your order will cover the shipping charges only.

If an international package is refuse delivery by customer, the customs office on your country will return the package to the sender, if the package is returned you will have to pay 20% restocking fee. In some country's if you choose not to pay the customs fees and duties, they will destroy the merchandise not allowing to be returned. If that happen because of your refuse delivery or refuse to pay import tax & duties the customer will be responsible for the total amount paid for that order. However the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges on all returns. Maols.com will credit or exchange merchandise if it arrives new and in good condition only. Shipping and handling fees do not include any international duties, broker fees, customs or import fees or taxes. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information about additional fees.

Returns & Exchanges:

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for custom embroidery orders, books, videos, and used, washed, worn or dirty merchandise. You are responsible for shipping charges on your returns. New merchandise will be credited (less shipping & handling) or exchanged if it's returned within 10 days after you received If the merchandise is suitable for resale only !!. If it's returned after 10 days or you refuse delivery, 20% restocking fee will apply. We will not accept damaged goods if you are responsible for those damages. Exchanges will be made for shipping errors by Martial Arts Online. (ie. wrong size packed or product shipped.) 

Prosecution of Fraud:

If a party is determined to abuse this site in any way including: Merchandise return policies, misuse of credit or instruments, abuse of infrastructure including e-mail spam or telephone spam, that party may be refused future services. Maols.com prosecutes all credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law, and cooperates with international law enforcement in the apprehension and prosecution of credit fraud.
